Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of maveks.store and any purchase you make from Maveks Limited, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom (Company No. SC878750), registered office: Office 289, 18 Young St, Unit Lge, Edinburgh, EH2 4JB.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. See Shipping & Returns for how to cancel or return an order.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
