Shipping

All orders are dispatched from stockists within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days and delivered by tracked courier or Royal Mail within 2–5 working days across the UK.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Under UK distance-selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us at helloretail@maveks.store with your order number.

Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
